The Flatiron Bid Celebrates The Rise of NoMad

Tuesday June 12, 2012

Recognizing the tremendous influence that the increasing development of NoMad is having on the Madison Square neighborhood, The Flatiron Bid will hold its 6th Annual Meeting tomorrow at the Prince George’s Ballroom (15 East 27th  Street) in the very heart of NoMad.  The meeting will highlight two cultural groups residing in NoMad:  Representatives from the new Museum of Math, set to open in late 2012, will discuss their plans for the museum and there will be a performance of the TADA! Youth Theater.

The BID’s annual meetings are always lively affairs and are open to the public.  All are invited to learn about the BID’s accomplishments and the planned FY2013 budget.  There will also be a presentation and election of board members.

A networking and cocktail reception will follow the meeting.  Come and get to know your NoMad and Flatiron neighbors and celebrate the increasing attraction of the Flatiron District due to the emergence of NoMad.

(Registration begins at 4:30)
