Forbes Swings by The NoMad

More and more great restaurants are coming to NoMad New York. The NoMad restaurant in The NoMad Hotel was recently featured in Forbes. This restaurant is the latest project from Eleven Madison Park’s owners chef Daniel Humm and manager Will Guidara. The restaurant design is inspired by European courtyards and features an atrium filled with natural light. Nice of them to bring a little taste of Europe to NoMad New York.

Forbes contributor Jenene Ronick described the interesting beverage service at length:

On a recent visit, I enjoyed drinks and snacks in the low-lit, book-lined Library Room. The cocktails were very creative and delicious; I had the “Hot Lips,” which is highly recommended for Mezcal fans. I also sampled an amazing bottle of Pigato, a white wine from Liguria, that tasted like springtime in Italy. The bar menu is a bit limited, but snacks are artfully presented and taste as good as they look. I tried the beef tartar, crudite, butter dipped radishes and the ham and cheese on pretzel bread. All very flavorful with that lovely touch of Eleven Madison Park in the presentation. Service was very attentive and attitude free!
