Dig Inn Brings The Farm To NoMad

NoMad recently welcomed a new restaurant to the neighborhood. Dig Inn, which opened at the end of November, offers the popular “farm to counter” dining trend at reasonable prices.
Dig Inn serves naturally-raised meats and locally-sourced seasonal produce. All menu items are cooked from scratch daily to assure that every bite is fresh, healthy and delicious. The menu consists of sandwiches, salads, entrees and marketplates (a main dish with two sides served on top of a bed of grains). The restaurant also offers a changing menu of butcher block, grill, sauté and crockpot specials.
Guests may be tempted to try the grilled wild alaskan salmon with basil, cucumbers and tofu caper aioli on a freshly baked ciabatta roll from Balthazar while enjoying some of Dig Inn’s cold-pressed juices. The restaurant offers both small and large tables designed for communal seating and the decor reinforced Dig Inn’s focus on natural, healthy living.
Dig Inn is located at 1178 Broadway at 28th Street and is open 11 a.m. to 11 p.m. weekdays and 11 a.m. until 10 p.m. on weekends. For more information, call (212) 335-2010.
