World famous fashion designer Vera Wang has recently signed a 39,000-square-foot lease on E. 26th St. in NoMad New York City. Sources say she is scheduled to move in June of this year.

The E. 26th St. 20-story, 320,000-square foot office and residential building was built in 1912 and is in Gramercy Park. According to CoStar Group, the building is home to Associated Textile Converters and Dewberry.

They go on to explain that Jim Gladstone of Walter & Samuels was in charge of the deal for the new landlords, a joint venture between Angelo, Gordon & Co., Metropolitan Realty Associates, and Belvedere Capital, which acquired the building late last year for $32.6 million according to CoStar.
