The NoMad Hotel Unveils Its New Menu
Tonight is the night, Eleven Madison Park’s Daniel Humm and Will Guidara will open The Nomad, their new restaurant, bar, and lounge in the Nomad Hotel. We have a the sneak peek at what the menu is going to look like at this highly anticipated NoMad eatery. Right off the bat our mouth is already watering with the likes of beef with bone marrow, and asparagus with black truffles jumping off the page! Eater says that orders can be made a la carte, but there will also be a 7-course family-style tasting for $125 per person.

Ate lunch there last Friday. The food was quite wonderful. Chicken was gorgeously presented. It’s pricey, but well worth the experience.
