Founded 50 years ago by the Spira family, Kew Management Corporation continues to be a family owned and operated company. With its headquarters office located on-site at 1123 Broadway, Kew’s commitment to service translates to a responsive staff and excellent building upkeep and renovations. The flagship buildings of Kew Management, the Townsend and St. James buildings, underwent major renovations in the mid 1980’s to return them to their turn-of-the century elegance, and – along with the other Kew office properties – were further updated with high-speed internet and cable access.
The Madison Square Advantage
Kew Management’s office buildings are adjacent to the Madison Square Park. The square is one of New York’s finest historical parks and has been recently renovated and newly landscaped. It provides not only light and air to the surrounding area, but a wonderful respite for tenants, offering concerts and art exhibits. The surrounding neighborhood has always been a vibrant hub of city life and today it provides maximum access to all of the city’s subway lines as well as proximity to Penn and Grand Central Stations. The area also offers the excellent shopping, dining and nightlife experiences of the Flatiron and Chelsea districts.
