| NOMAD is the hot new name for our neighborhood – the area north of Madison Square Park. There is a lot going on here. Great restaurants and clubs, historic sites, and a happening park. The Ace Hotel and The Breslin have just opened. The advertising giant Grey and luxury jewelers Tiffany just moved in. Soon the Nomad Hotel, Hill Country Chicken and Eataly will arrive, and there’s much more to come. Centered around the Madison Square Park North Historic District (established in 1999), NOMAD can best be defined as running from: 23rd to 30th Streets, 6th Avenue to Lexington Avenue. |
